Bio

I have been a professional writer, educator and experienced traveler for nearly a decade. I provide a full-range of writing, English language training and itinerary services. I help businesses achieve more with professionally written corporate communications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), user stories, technical manuals, and website content. 

I am a budding instructional designer, with four years experience writing detailed, interactive training content. In addition, I also provide instruction for online and face-to-face deployment to clients in various industries. I hold a diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language with 120-hours of training.

In addition to having lived in Finland, South Africa, Washington D.C. and Colombia, I have also visited over a dozen countries which have afforded me strong connections with people across the globe. I have experience working in a hotel as well as four years of airline reservations experience. With combined experiences, I am well-versed in travel research, flight booking, lodging reservations and local pastimes. With an accumulated five years of knowledge in activities and travel information from living in Cali, Colombia, I currently am the Director of Tour Operations at Hola Cali , curating personalized experiences.
